Dan
and Lori Storey, Brandon's parents, developed the idea after
the unexpected death of their son who loved to help congnitively
disabled students. Unlike most foundations that are funded by
a single person or family, BAS relies on donations from community
members and businesses who would like to assist in meeting challenges
faced by Special Education students, BAS plans to fund programs
that provide leverage and facilitate measurable change.
The Brandon A. Storey Foundation provides financial assistance
grants to special education programs in local area schools,
but it also raises money for Congnitively Disabled Students
in our community. Many plans are in the works for future events
and fund raisers and your participation is a must in helping
this organization succeed in their goals! The Storey Foundation
is funded by people like you that take part in our events year-round.
