1. Please fill out the registration form below and submit it electronically. The pre-registration fees are as follows:
$10.00 per person
$25.00 per family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 16)

Payment is accepted in cash or checks. Payment by mail is prefered, however you may pay at the event.
Checks should be made out to: BAS Foundation

2. All pledges being made must be on the pledge form you will be sent after registration.
Raising pledges is easy because most people are eager to help a good cause and support your efforts.

3.Set a fund-raising goal and spread the word! Make it easier by collecting sponsors' contributions before the event.

After registration each participant will be sent a pledge form. The event is held at the Milwaukee Mile located at State Fair Park. If you have any other questions or need directions to the event you can call the BAS Ride/Walk hotline at: (414)327-3357.
